Elias M Dipu

Mr. Elias Mahmud Dipu completed his graduation and Masters’s from the Department of International Relations, University of Dhaka. He has always been a passionate soul about the environment and immigration. The cornerstone of his career started with the Centre for Policy Dialogue. As a great seeker of knowledge, Mr. Elias Mahmud Dipu invested his time pursuing a professional degree in Environmental Governance and Management jointly organized by the University of Manitoba and BRAC University. After that, he received a graduate fellowship award from the Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. While studying for advanced degrees in University, he has also worked in Environmental Policy Institute as a Research Assistant. He had received another award from the Newfoundland Office of Public Engagement and The Leslie Harris Centre of Regional Policy and Development. Similar to his educational background, Mr. Elias Mahmud Dipu has sublime work experiences as well. He worked with Dr. Ratana Chuenpagdee, Canada Research Chair, Sustainable Development, and Community Management. Mr. Elias also worked in International Immigration and Labor Law Company Patrice’s in Canada. Mr. Elias then started working with Ms. Shahnaz Perveen at Sapphire Immigration and Co-Founded Sustainable Migration Solutions in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
