Prospective applicants with the skills and experiences are applicable for this program. Based on requirements, applicants will receive a Provincial Nomination Certificate. It will enable foreign nationals to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence (PR).

Before applying, make sure whether you are eligible or not. Eligibility criteria-
  • Acceptation letter from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) with a valid Express Entry key code.
  • A valid job offers from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer. (not essential)

  • Language proficiency
  • Minimum points on the PNP point assessment grid.
  • Proof of sufficient funds and resources.

The program is formulated to recruit eligible applicants from all over the world to boost its economy. It is favorable for both the applicants and authority because of its secured and helpful policies.   

Skilled Worker Category

This stream applies to individuals who have received a valid job offer from an eligible employer. Those who are currently working in the province are also eligible for this program.

International Graduate Category

The NLPNP accepts applications through this category from recent graduates who attained their degrees from an eligible institution.
